They've come from university so they've come as postgraduates with PhDs and they know about technologies and the ways to use the instruments we have that I don't know a lot about. So we've been able to offer to the company new ways of understanding the materials.

So we had to go and travel to see different companies and decide which one would suit our purpose best. That involved a lot of thought to make sure that we could cover the whole range of things that we look at and took maybe 18 months of effort.

So we're kind of an investment in making sure we keep making money. So the machinery, the equipment we have it's thought through whether we can spend money on buying it. So it has to be paid back. So money (is our highest priority) but also technology and results that are sensible to help them (the company) to keep making money.
